This past week the first grade Super Duper Book in Super Kids was about bubbles, so on Friday they did an experiment where they mixed their own bubbles & made their own wands!

This year we are being more intentional about giving students experiences with the arts. On Friday, first graders used watercolors for their fall inspired art!

There is one week left for reflections entries! Please consider participating!

Here is our newsletter for the week.

Luckily we had some reinforcement from district leadership to help with caterpillar control! Thank you to everyone who has contributed to make this possible for our students.

Once again, our district is giving every student at Lake View a "Farm to Table" experience. This morning every student at school had the opportunity to shuck a piece of corn. After a few more steps by our fabulous friends in the cafeteria, students will be able to eat a piece of corn on the cob at lunch tomorrow🌽
